Topslip is situated on the eastern side of the Western Ghats mountain range, south of Palghat, on the boarder of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. This forest is named ‘Indira Gandhi Wildlife Sanctuary and National Park’. The diverse flora and fauna of this forest is unique and very few other forests possess such a rare assemblage. The best time to visit is between February and June.

From Coimbatore railway station, board a bus from Kodam bus stand at Coimbatore and arrive at Pollachi (40 km away – time taken by bus is one and half hour). From Pollachi you may board a bus for Topslip.
